October events!

The Kids' craft for Oct.  is a tissue paper acorn!  All materials are provided.

New this month!  Family Book Club!  Each month a new picture book will be announced.  Pick up your copy, share it together, and discuss over dinner.  Throughout the month the library will provide activities, crafts, recipes and discussion topics related to the story.  This month's book is The Day the Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt.  Poor Duncan, he just wants to color.  But when he opens his crayon box, all he finds are letters, all saying the same thing!  The crayons have had enough - they quit!
